G.S. Bawoung
The construction of two classrooms for primary school in Bawoung started in 2022 and was in full swing when the ICA and CIC delegations visited the site in March 2023.

During the visit, it was a community work day, meaning all the parents and community leaders were helping with the constructions. There were clearing the land and preparing it for pouring the foundation of the classrooms, and were bringing material to the site create the bricks.
The ICA delegation was honoured when the mothers of Bawoung sang to us. Their joy was palpable as the burst out singing spontaneously on more than one occasion that day to the delight of the team.
